Founded in 2008, Killbody Tuning took flight with the release of their first record, "The French Hunter," a four-track EP-demo laying the groundwork for a unique journey. The group collaborated with the theater company Passaparola in the following year, composing music for the play "Clinique de la Raison Close." During live performances, Killbody Tuning rearranged songs by Philippe Léotard, giving his texts a more atmospheric and mysterious dimension. The band then extended its musical exploration to cinema, working on the soundtrack for Julien Humbert-Droz's short film "Dernière Chasse" in 2010. After numerous live performances in Switzerland and France, the group spent a year composing and rearranging new pieces under the guidance of Julien Fehlmann (Studio Mécanique). Recorded live and mixed by Julien Fehlmann, "Hello! Welcome, So Far..." fully translates the intensity and emotional power of Killbody Tuning's universe.
